Before co-founding Oxx, Mikael was a Venture Partner at Amadeus Capital, investing in growth stage software businesses. In parallel he also ran a private investment company, Top Gear Advisory and Investment, which he founded in 2011 to focus on earlier stage software investments. Prior to founding Top Gear Advisory and Investment, Mikael spent 11 years with Investor Growth Capital investing in Nordic B2B tech companies. Mikael is currently the chairman of Thinktank, Loop 54 and Funnel and also serves on the boards of Apica, Now Interact and LoadImpact. Mikael holds an MSc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from Linköping Institute of Technology.
Prior to co-founding Oxx, Richard spent 18 years at Amadeus Capital, where he focused on B2B software investments in companies originating from the UK and Israel. Before joining Amadeus, Richard was in the TMT team at Apax Partners. In his early career he worked as a management consultant and a hands-on finance and business development executive, at software company Autonomy.

Richard is a past Chairman of the British Venture Capital Association and current Chairman of the Tel Aviv University Trust. He has an MBA from INSEAD and a BA and MA in Mathematics from Cambridge University.
Robert Easton is a Senior Adviser to Oxx, and a committed investor to the fund and its predecessor growth funds, which were also managed by Richard Anton and Mikael Johnsson. Robert is a Partner and Senior Advisor at The Carlyle Group, the global alternative asset management company. He is a veteran of the firm and has performed multiple roles as an investment professional, including running the buyout team in the UK, serving as co-head of Carlyle Europe Technology Partners, a family of funds focused on growth capital investments across the European technology sector, and leading Carlyle’s Ireland focused fund. Across his 16 years at the firm, he has served on multiple portfolio company boards in many different sectors.
Robert is the Pro-Vice-Chanceller (Development and External Affairs) at Oxford University. He is also a past Chairman of the British Venture Capital Association, a founding Director of the Walker Guidelines Monitoring Group for private equity disclosure, and current member of the Advisory Boards of the Business School at Imperial College London and of the new Imperial West campus development. He has multiple philanthropic interests, including being a Trustee of the British Heart Foundation, and is a serial investor in technology driven, small and start-up businesses. Robert has a Doctorate in organic synthesis from Oxford University and a BSc in Chemistry from Imperial College London.
Prior to joining Oxx, Thomas spent three years as a Consultant at Bain and Company. After this Thomas worked at HgCapital and Eight Roads, where he focused on strategy and leading growth. Thomas also has extensive entrepreneurial experience and has successfully led several SaaS companies. Thomas holds an M.Sc/M.Eng in Software Engineering and Computer Science from the Technical University of Denmark.
Prior to joining Oxx, Bob was a Vice President at Torch Partners, advising on M&A and capital raising transactions for technology businesses in the consumer internet and enterprise SaaS sectors, including several transactions for ZPG plc and Just Eat plc. Prior to Torch Partners, Bob was a strategy consultant with LEK. Bob holds an MA in Philosophy from Trinity College, Cambridge, and is a CFA Charterholder.
Prior to joining Oxx, Daria was a consultant at Bain and Company in Germany, working in the private equity practice on commercial due diligence and post-acquisition projects. Before Bain, Daria was an early member of the business team at Dropbox, where she helped build the European sales organisation as one of the first employees in the Dublin office. Daria also has venture capital experience from her time interning at Balderton Capital and subsequent work with a Balderton portfolio company. Daria holds an MBA from London Business School and a BSc (Hons) in Corporate Finance from City University London.
Before joining Oxx, Sasha spent three years working with technology companies including award-winning adtech startup Eyetease, where she focused on digital marketing. Prior to this, Sasha produced events for the likes of the V&A, Barbican and Vogue. Sasha holds a BA (Hons) English Language and Literature from King’s College London.
Gavin has over twenty-five years’ experience in marketing private equity and alternative investments in Europe and the Middle East. Prior to joining Oxx, Gavin was responsible for establishing and co-managing the placement and advisory activity at EPIC Private Equity, having previously worked at Campbell Lutyens where he headed the Middle East primary and secondary advisory business. He also held senior advisory positions at IPM Informed Portfolio Management and Dexion Capital plc. Gavin holds a BA in Geography from University College London.
Keith Wallington has led strategy and execution in digital and technology businesses since the 1990’s: his experience in driving digital business models spans Retail Banking, Telecommunications, Online Live Broadcasting, Software and Software as a Service: he has led digital business strategy initiatives at businesses including Microsoft, Standard Bank, Omnicom/TBWA and Mimecast.
At Mimecast from 2008 to 2014 Keith assumed a number of C Level roles, including COO, spanning most of the business from Marketing to Customer Experience to Technical Operations as he championed scalable, efficient growth. With Mimecast now the largest Cloud based email archiving service globally, Keith refocussed his attention in late 2014 to seek out and support businesses experiencing significant growth. Keith invests in and advises through board positions.
Scott is currently the Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer of Unruly, the ad tech company that gets videos seen, shared and loved across the open web for brands that want to move people, not just reach people. With 300 Unrulies across 20 locations worldwide, Unruly was founded in 2006 and acquired by News Corp in 2015.
Scott was previously CEO of Unruly, CEO of ad serving company Connextra, was an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 2012 and was awarded an OBE in 2016 for services to innovation and technology. Scott holds an MA from Cambridge and a BPhil from Oxford, both in Philosophy.
Paolo Juvara is the Group Vice President of Oracle Application Labs, the organization within Oracle which manages all the applications that run Oracle. As Group Vice President of OAL, Paolo’s mission is to explore the boundaries of business applications technologies to drive some of Oracle’s most strategic business transformations. He is a software development executive with international experience both in large and entrepreneurial organizations, from hands on product development and design, to strategy and business operations.
Paolo’s current focus is to lead Oracle’s Journey to the Cloud, both in terms of defining processes and systems to support the growth of Oracle’s Cloud business, as well as transitioning the entire company applications infrastructure to the Cloud.
Paolo has lived and worked in four different countries (Italy, France, US and Spain) and graduated from Politecnico di Milano with a degree in Electronic Engineering and a specialization in Software Engineering.
Oren Zeev is the founding partner of Zeev Ventures. Oren is typically the main early investor and an active board member/chairman in the companies he invests in. Oren has had the privilege of having been the main early backer of several category defining companies such as Houzz, Audible, Chegg, Tipalti and others.
Prior to Zeev Ventures, Oren spent 12 years at Apax Partners as General Partner. He joined in January 1995 as part of the founding team of Apax Israel. In 2002, Oren moved to the US and co-headed, and later headed, the Technology Practice of Apax and its Silicon Valley office. Prior to Apax Partners, Oren was a Research staff member at IBM, where he developed and implemented image and signal processing algorithms and was part of the founding team of IBM’s chip design group in Haifa.
Oren graduated BsC Cum Laude, EE from Technion and earned an MBA with Distinction in Business from INSEAD in France.
