Paolo Juvara

Paolo Juvara is the VP of Engineering and CIO for Google Cloud. In that capacity, he leads an organization whose mission is to enable the growth of Google Cloud through business systems innovation and excellence. He is a software development executive with international experience both in large and entrepreneurial organizations, from hands on product development and design, to strategy and business operations.

Prior to Google, Paolo was the Group Vice President of Oracle Application Labs, the organization within Oracle which manages all the applications that run Oracle. In that capacity, Paolo’s mission was to explore the boundaries of business applications technologies to drive strategic business transformations.

Paolo has lived and worked in four different countries (Italy, France, US and Spain) and graduated from Politecnico di Milano with a degree in Electronic Engineering and a specialization in Software Engineering.
