Zift Solutions and Relayware Agree to Merge

Oxx is pleased to announce the merger of Relayware, one of its portfolio companies, with US company Zift Solutions. Oxx has played an instrumental role in developing Relayware in the US market and is looking forward to continuing to play an integral role in the enlarged company’s growth and development. This is a classic example of Oxx using its experience and expertise to help British scale-up stage software companies grow internationally, particularly in the US. Oxx General Partner Richard Anton will serve as a board member in the enlarged company, which will continue as an Amadeus company managed by Oxx.
Zift Solutions, the leading provider of Channel as a Service (CHaaS), and Relayware, the leading Partner Relationship Management (PRM) software provider, have agreed to merge. Together, the two proven industry leaders will deliver comprehensive Enterprise Channel Management technology and services via Zift’s Channel as a Service platform.
